This course provides students with the opportunity to explore a variety of topics essential to the development of nursing leadership behavior. Students integrate theory and skills needed for group facilitation, delegation, motivation, collaboration, team building, conflict management, and negotiation with the nursing process.

Dialogue centers on case studies, leadership journals, and situations in clinical practice settings in this reality-based course. The focus of this course is on leadership, followership,and organizational behavior.
