Invitations for membership are extended to baccalaureate nursing students who meet the eligibility criteria:  the student must have completed at least one-half of the required nursing curriculum; the student's GPA must be at least 3.0 ; and the student must be in the top 35% of both the December and May graduating classes of the current academic year.

Invitations for membership are also extended to nurse leaders, defined as registered nurses who hold a minimum of a baccalaureate degree and have demonstrated achievement in nursing. 

Eligible students and nurse leaders receive formal letters of invitation for Rho Epsilon membership in early fall.
